FounderHQ LLP is an Indian Limited Liability Partnership founded by Kartikay Sharma, having its registered operations in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We comply strictly with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (SPDI Rules), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and global data protection principles.
2. Information We Collect
- Account & Authentication Information: When you register or sign in, we collect your email address and authentication session tokens to provide access to your saved hardware synthesis projects.
- Hardware Synthesis Prompts: Textual prompts, sensor constraints, and natural language descriptions submitted to compile circuit blueprints.
- Pre-Power Optical Safety Photos: Photographs of breadboard wiring uploaded to test for short-circuits or inverted polarity prior to powering via USB. These images are processed strictly for safety verification and are not sold or indexed into external commercial search engines.
- Local Technical Logs & Cookies: We use lightweight session storage (e.g.
vibepe_auth_tokenand user experience preferences) locally on your device to maintain your session state without tracking cookies.
3. WebSerial Hardware Privacy & Local Isolation
Your physical microcontroller belongs to you. All USB programming and serial monitoring on VibePe occur locally in your browser through the native WebSerial API (navigator.serial).
FounderHQ LLP does not intercept, log, or store real-time sensor readings, serial print outputs, or confidential microcontroller payloads streaming between your board and your computer. Data stays on your physical desk.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
We process collected information solely for the following legitimate purposes:
- To generate accurate circuit netlists, Bill of Materials (BOM), C++/MicroPython source code, and OpenSCAD 3D files.
- To enforce non-negotiable low-voltage safety guardrails (≤5V DC) and prevent high-voltage hazards.
- To calculate accurate Indian regional component pricing and supplier stock availability.
- To communicate critical account notices, shipping updates for Starter Capsules, and product improvements.
5. Third-Party Disclosure & International Transfers
FounderHQ LLP does NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers. We only share information with trusted infrastructure providers who assist us in operating our platform:
- Cloudflare & Hosting Services: For DDoS protection, CDN asset caching, and secure email routing to our team.
- Logistics Partners (for hardware kit orders): Providing your delivery address to Indian courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, Speed Post) strictly to fulfill ordered 3D cases and Starter Capsules.
- Legal Authorities: Solely when compelled by applicable court orders or lawful subpoenas under Indian law.
6. Your Data Rights & Retention
You have the full right to access, export, or permanently delete your account and associated hardware projects at any time. To request complete data erasure, simply write to us at support@vibepe.com, and your records will be purged within 7 business days.
