1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("User" or "you"), and FounderHQ LLP ("FounderHQ", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the vibepe.com website and the VibePe Hardware synthesis foundry.
By accessing the platform, creating an account, compiling circuits, or utilizing our WebSerial flashing tools, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform.
2. Strict Low-Voltage (≤5V DC) Safety Requirement & Electrical Disclaimer
VibePe is strictly engineered for family and maker safety in low-voltage DC regimes (≤5V DC USB power, 3.3V logic, and certified battery packs).
- Mains Voltage Prohibition: You agree NOT to connect any VibePe-synthesized circuits, relays, or GPIO pins directly to high-voltage AC mains circuits (110V AC or 220V/240V AC).
- Disclaimer of Electrical Liability: FounderHQ LLP disclaims any and all liability for injuries, electrocution, component burnout, fires, or property damage arising from unauthorized modifications, mains connections, or improper soldering performed outside our low-voltage safety guardrails.
- Pre-Power Inspection: Always perform our visual optical pre-power check before plugging any physical board into your computer or power source.
3. Intellectual Property Rights: You Own What You Build
We believe makers should own their physical creations:
- Your Hardware Blueprints: All customized circuit netlists, Bill of Materials (BOM) selections, firmware source code (C++/MicroPython), and 3D OpenSCAD/STL enclosures generated from your original text prompts belong 100% to you.
- FounderHQ Platform IP: The VibePe platform, user interface, brand assets, proprietary neural prompt parsers, WebSerial flasher, and algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of FounderHQ LLP.
4. Prototyping & Educational Purpose
Circuit blueprints, component pinouts, and code generated by VibePe are intended for educational, experimental, and rapid prototyping purposes.
While our neural models cross-reference datasheets and safe voltage logic thresholds, FounderHQ LLP does not guarantee that every design is certified for commercial, industrial, life-critical, medical, or automotive applications without independent testing and regulatory certification (such as BIS, CE, or FCC approval).
5. WebSerial Browser Flashing Terms
When you use our in-browser USB flasher:
- You explicitly grant permission to your browser to open a serial communication port with the connected microcontroller device.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the connected hardware matches the MCU selected on the platform (e.g. ESP32, RP2040) to prevent incorrect bootloader flashing.
6. Component Sourcing & Starter Capsule Kits
Component pricing displayed on VibePe is dynamically mapped from regional offline markets (e.g. Nehru Bazaar, Jaipur) and online electronic vendors. FounderHQ LLP strives for real-time pricing accuracy, but third-party vendor prices and physical over-the-counter stock remain subject to merchant availability. Starter Capsule orders fulfilled directly by FounderHQ LLP are governed by our Refund & Shipping Policy.
account_balance 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
These Terms and your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
