Shipping, Replacement & Refund Policy

We take pride in fast, dependable hardware logistics so you can test your synthesized circuits without unnecessary delay:

• Starter Capsule Orders: Component kits (RP2040/ESP32, breadboards, Dupont jumpers, OLED display, I2C environmental sensors) are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation.
• Custom 3D-Printed Enclosures: Custom Blender-generated PETG or PLA enclosures are queued for additive fabrication immediately and dispatched within 48 to 72 business hours.
• Domestic Shipping (India): Handled via insured Tier-1 courier partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, Express Postal Service). Standard transit time is 2 to 5 business days depending on pincode tier.
• Shipment Tracking: An automated dispatch email and SMS containing active AWB tracking numbers will be provided as soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier partner.

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: If your order has not yet been collected by our courier partner or if 3D printing has not commenced, you may cancel for a 100% full instant refund by writing to support@vibepe.com with your Order ID.
• Post-Dispatch: Once a parcel has been assigned an active courier manifest, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may utilize our 7-day return policy upon arrival.

Hardware should work right out of the box. If any microcontroller, sensor, breakout, or display delivered by VibePe is non-functional or damaged in transit:

You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery subject to the following terms:

• Eligible Items: Unopened, un-soldered Starter Capsules, dev boards, and sealed sensor modules in their original anti-static electrostatic discharge (ESD) protective packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Components that have been soldered, overheated, cut, or altered.
  • Components subjected to over-voltage, reverse polarity, or mains AC current.
  • Custom 3D-printed enclosures fabricated specifically to your custom CAD dimensions, unless physically defective or cracked upon delivery.
  • Digital synthesized netlists, firmware binaries, and cloud software usage credits.

• Once an authorized return package is received at our facility in Indore, MP, our engineering team inspects the hardware within 48 hours.
• Upon approval, your refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).
• In compliance with standard Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment gateway settlement cycles, the credited funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
